| Recently, I was in excruciating pain from a herniated disc in my lower back. Pain medication gave no relief and I could not be comfortable standing, sitting or lying down. | "I was having muscle spasms and pain in the left shoulder, neck and arm. I've had neck and shoulder pain before but this was the worst and went down my arm for the first time.
